The atlases improve when readers and operators correct what we get wrong. Send us a note — we will verify and, if confirmed, update the published record.

How to submit

Email corrections@atlascompendium.com with as much of the following as you can supply:

What happens next

  1. Receipt — we acknowledge the submission, usually within three working days.
  2. Review — the correction is verified against the same primary-source standard we apply to original publication.
  3. Resolution — verified corrections are applied to the published record, normally within 14 days. We will write back when the change is live.
  4. Unverified corrections — if we cannot verify the correction, we record it internally and revisit it during the next review cycle. We will let you know.

If you operate the place yourself

If you are the operator of a listed location and want to correct or update its entry, please mention that in your message. We give operator-supplied corrections priority verification, particularly for hours of operation and current operating status.

If you'd like a place added

To suggest a new entry, email editorial@atlascompendium.com with the name, location, and any primary sources you can supply. New listings go through the full sourcing and verification cycle and are published when they meet our standards.
